March is a product of Altaer Agency, LLC, a Colorado company. This policy covers marchlocal.com, the March welcome page, and the March tools (Documents, Brand and Design) we host for your organization.
When March works for a city or public organization, that organization decides who can sign in and what March is used for. We handle its information on its behalf.
02This website
marchlocal.com has no forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Like every website, our host (Cloudflare) sees the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it sends them. If you write to support@marchlocal.com, we receive your email and use it to answer you.
03Using March

We use this information only to run, support and improve March for your organization. Each organization's information is stored separately, and one organization can never see another's.
04Who helps us
A few trusted companies run parts of March for us. They process information only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts March, handles sign-in and stores the record and problem reports, in the United States.
- Sentry receives error reports.
- Google and Microsoft confirm who you are when you sign in with their accounts.
We share information with others only if the law requires it, and we tell your organization when we are allowed to.
05How long we keep it
- Documents attached to a problem report are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- The record, sign-in lists and terms records are kept while your organization uses March, and deleted within 90 days after it leaves, unless it asks us to return them first.
- Error reports are kept by Sentry for up to 90 days.
- What is saved in your browser stays there until you clear it.
06Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Write to support@marchlocal.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you use March through your organization, we may involve them, since they decide how March is used.
March is made for staff of public organizations and is not directed at children.
07Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and tell the organizations using March before important changes take effect.
